National Occupational Standards of Railway Professions Published in the Official Gazette

Under the coordination of the Education and Training Department and carried out by the TCDD Foundation, within the scope of the National Qualification System and Examination and Certification Center Establishment Project in the Railway Sector; Occupational standard drafts prepared by the Vice Presidents of the Road, Traction, Facilities and Traffic Department and professional field experts, discussed and accepted at the VQA Transport, Logistics and Communication Sector Committee meetings,

Facilities in the branch;

  • Rail Systems Signaling Maintenance and Repairer (level 4)
  • Rail Systems Signaling Maintenance and Repairer (level 5)
  • Rail Systems Signaling Maintenance and Repairer (level 6)

Traffic branch;

  • Train Agent (level 4)
  • Conductor (level 4)
  • Station Traffic Operator (level 5)
  • Traffic Controller (level 6)

The standards of the professions were published in the Official Gazette dated 05 September 2012 and numbered 28402 (repeated) and entered into force as the National Occupational Standard.
