The Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD) by build-operate-transfer (BOT) Ankara to apply for the first time the model of High Speed Rail Station to Liu tender for construction-Kolin Construction-Cengiz Construction consortium has offered business period as 19 years and 7 months.
İsmet Duman, Deputy General Manager of TCDD and Chairman of the Tender Commission, stated that the proposal was evaluated in line with the technical and financial criteria at the meeting held in the Tender Hall of the Real Estate and Construction Department and stated that the proposal was sufficient.
After opening the bid envelope in front of the press members, İsmet Duman announced that Limak İnşaat Kolin İnşaat Cengiz İnşaat consortium offered 19 years and 7 months of operation in the tender.
Stating that the proposal will be submitted to the approval of TCDD board of directors in the next period, Duman stated that the tender will be concluded after the approval of the Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, Binali Yıldırım.
