Mayor of Beylikdüzü Yusuf Uzun, city council members, muhtars and representatives of NGOs, thanked Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Kadir Topbaş for the initiation of Avcılar-Beylikdüzü metrobus trials.
According to the written statement from the municipality, Yusuf Uzun and his accompanying delegation visited Topbaş in his office in Florya.
Uzun conveyed his thanks to Topbaş on behalf of all district residents for the metrobus being brought to Beylikdüzü.
Topbas said that they will continue to serve for Istanbul, with the Beylikdüzü flights metrobus one direction 33 thousand people per hour, he said.
Stating that the region has won a new challenge with the Metrobüs project, Topbas said that a square that combines the two districts and citizens can meet here.
Uzun gave ewer to Topbaş, which he invited to the “Ramadan Town” founded by the municipality, in memory of the day.
