Underpass is constructed between Gazi University Hospital and Ankaray Station

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Council decided to build an underpass between Gazi University Hospital and Ankaray station.
According to the written statement, in the meeting chaired by Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Speaker Ali İhsan Ölmez, it was decided to “Make necessary information studies about the historical places in Ankara, which hosted civilizations, and to investigate their publishing in the Metropolitan Municipality publications”.
It was decided to carry out the necessary studies on the construction of a Family Life Center in Çayyolu in the Assembly and to present it to the service of the people of the region.
In the statement, it was also included in the agenda that the connection between Ankaray Station and the hospital with an underpass, and the necessary works to support this place with elevators and escalators, were made to prevent the patients, disabled citizens and their relatives who are benefiting from Gazi University Hospital.
In the decisions taken, together with the closure of the schools, the municipality organized activities in which children could have fun in their neighborhoods, take active role in organizing the activities, and organized necessary work for organizing picnic and inter-city trips for the disabled and their families.
