The General Directorate of Turkish State Railways (TCDD) will undertake a European Investment Bank (EIB) loan, and the Sap Istanbul - Ankara High Speed Railway Project ”tender under the Hızlı Geyve - Sapanca (Doğançay Ripajı) Design and Construction Works Müdür tender.
The tender, which was canceled after the proposals were collected, is planned to be made through bargaining. The authorities noted that the tender method will be discussed in the coming days with the EIB in order for the tender to be published with the EIB Loan.
