The works are going on, I hope it will be completed in a short time. If the opportunity to go to the Bosphorus through the funicular system from the surface, not from the tunnel as in Taksim is achieved, we will have the opportunity to integrate with the beach and thus, we will give great support to the coast traffic. Thus, those who come to the beach have used the opportunity to reach the metro line. ” He spoke in the form.

Stating that all the preparations have been made and the project will be completed in a short time, Topbaş said: “In the same way, I asked for another study from friends. We wanted to reach the beach with a funicular style landing to the beach in the Ümraniye area of ​​the Ümraniye Altunizade line. Thus, we aimed to reach the subway, thanks to those coming from the hills to the beach and those on the beach to the hills. Unfortunately, there is a heavy traffic on the beaches. I believe this will be an important solution. I think that if there are two funicular starts, maybe we will do it at other points. Start is given. All preparations were made. I think it will end soon. Because it's not a long distance. We will make it as a single tube, round trip will be provided from the same tube. As you mentioned, the Etiler line is a distressed area in terms of road width. Thus, a system where students will be able to go by subway instead of the bus line will be activated.
