As the Bursaray investments continue, the transportation problem in the city center is solved by ring tram lines. While working together with Istanbul Transportation Inc., which has become an expert in this field, the project of the Sculpture-Garage Tram Line has come to an end. Santral Garaj, Darmstadt Street, Stadium Street, Altıparmak Street, Atatürk Street, İnönü Street and Uluyol Street are the only way to reach Santraj Garaj again. about 6 kilometers line covering the project. The tram line, which surrounds the area where the city's historical fabric is at the forefront, is of great importance for the city. The project, which will introduce the city center to the modern transportation, is aimed at laying the rails until the end of the year and launching trial flights next year. The fact that the local trams produced by Durmazlar Makine under the leadership of the Metropolitan Municipality will be used in this line for the first time, increase the importance of the project.
The pedestrian and vehicle traffic is most intense when the project is completed and a pedestrian priority planning will be implemented in the city center. The removal of the minibuses, which still cause the most intensity in the traffic, will be cleared of both the exhaust gas pollution and the noise pollution by reorganizing the routes of the buses to the sculpture region. Public transportation will be modernized by ring lines between Gökdere-Bağlaraltı and Emirsultanlar Dikkaldırım.
The tender announcement for the Bursa City Square tram line is expected in February.
