Izmir Metro Station 2. In the construction of Üçyol-Üçkuyular and Bornova-Evka 3 Lines, the 4 metro station was made ready. Izmir, Izmir and Hatay stations will complete the laying of railroads, and test runs will start soon.
On the first station of the Göztepe and Bonova lines, where the floor is being laid, test runs will start in September.
The new wagons for the Metro will start arriving in October with 4 sets. The whole 8 set will come to Izmir until April 2012. The wagons costing 33.677.087 EUR are produced in China.
