Mısra Öz, who lost her son Oğuz Arda Sel in the train massacre in which 8 people, 2018 of them children, died in Çorlu on 7 July 25, appeared before the judge on the charge of 'insulting a public official'.

It was alleged that Oğuz Arda Sel, who died in the train accident, insulted the court due to the tweets his mother Mısra Öz posted. A lawsuit was filed against him for "insulting a public official". Mısra Öz, who was asked for a prison sentence of 17 months to 49 months, said that he would not let go of the case until he saw the real responsible people of the accident. the court requested the minutes of the main case and postponed the hearing to 9 February 2021.
