We are looking for our new service sites in Turkey, the site administrator for a period of 8 years.
Tasks
- A portion of the maintenance organization in Turkey (Kırıkkale)
- Professional guidance of the on-site maintenance team (management, information, etc.)
- Personnel planning (weekly scheduling, interim resource planning)
- Interface with customers, authorities and suppliers (weekly meetings, maintenance documents, etc.)
- Planning and purchasing maintenance materials and tools
- Manage all management tasks at the location
- Active contribution and compliance to quality, safety, order and cleanliness guidelines
- Help and support in maintenance activities
- Training planning and execution for employees in the field
- Providing reporting (availability, monthly report)
Required Conditions
- Electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent higher education degree
- Proven experience and maintenance in the railway vehicle industry is mandatory
- Good organizational skills and problem solving skills
- Proven experience in leadership
- Fluent Turkish (oral and written), good English language skills (plus German)
- Independent and structured working method
- Team player with positive attitude, high motivation and willingness to learn
