A circular on the City Entry / Exit Travel Restriction was sent to the 81 Governorships by the Ministry of Interior.

In the circular, within the scope of new types of coronavirus measures, all the entrances / exits to be made by land, air and sea to 30 provinces and Zonguldak province are limited for 15 days in order to provide social isolation by reducing social mobility and human contact, and the duration of this restriction is Ankara, Balıkesir, Bursa. It was reminded that it was extended until 3:24.00 on Wednesday, June XNUMX in the provinces of Eskişehir, Gaziantep, İstanbul, İzmir, Kayseri, Kocaeli, Konya, Manisa, Sakarya, Samsun, Van and Zonguldak.

Termination of the travel restriction in the Presidential Cabinet, which was held under the presidency of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Thursday, May 28, and 14 cities in the metropolitan status, and Zonguldak, after 31 on Sunday, May 24.00; It is stated that the ticketing issues are evaluated after receiving the code through the Hayat Eve Sığar (HEPP) application for travels to be made by intercity public transport (plane, train, bus, etc.).

As a result of the evaluations;

1- The obligation to obtain a travel permit certificate for travels to be made by intercity public transportation vehicles (bus, plane) has been abolished. Ticket will be made after the code is received through the Hayat Eve Sığar (HEPP) application for travels to be made by intercity public transportation vehicles (plane, train, bus, etc.).

2- City entrance and exit restrictions in 15 provinces including Ankara, Balıkesir, Bursa, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, İstanbul, İzmir, Kayseri, Kocaeli, Konya, Manisa, Sakarya, Samsun, Van provinces and Zonguldak provinces with metropolitan status. It will be terminated after 31.

3- Our citizens, who are 65 years of age and older, will continue to have a Travel Permit Certificate and be able to travel in one way provided that they do not return from the provinces they will go for at least one month.

4- Children under the age of 18 and under the curfew, and young people will be able to travel in and out of the city without obtaining a Travel Permit, provided that the parent / guardian is present with them (except for our citizens aged 65 and over who are parents / guardians).

Citizens who do not comply with the decisions taken will be subject to administrative fines in accordance with Article 282 of the General Sanitary Law. According to the condition of the contradiction, necessary procedures will be taken in accordance with the relevant articles of the Law, and the necessary judicial proceedings will be initiated under the 195th article of the Turkish Criminal Code regarding the behaviors that constitute crime.
