After the completion of debris removal at the Marşandiz Station, where 3 high-speed train (YHT) accidents, 9 of which were machinists, died in Ankara, the intercity train services started again with Başkentray.
From the line, which was started to be used in train services, the first high-speed train that left the Ankara YHT station at 06.10 and moved towards Istanbul Pendik direction, then the Başkentray train, which carried passengers between Sincan and Kayaş, switched at a low speed without stopping at the station where the accident took place.
Trains passing through Marşandiz Station, where the accident occurred and closed due to maintenance and repair work, did not have any problems.
